Elisheva Zabar is a sculptor who lives in Israel at Galilee area
She has a degree in Economics & Management from the Technion in Haifa and for years she worked as a financial manager in high-tech company.
In 2000, she moved to the USA with her husband for two years. During this period she studied sculpture with the artist Mike Pavlovsky at Texas University.
She found that sculpting in clay, brings her a lot of happiness, and since then she never stop creating.

The sculpted figurines of Elisheva Zabar constitute figurative images accomplished in a realistic approach. As a social artist, Zabar sculpts children, women and men in multifarious poses. Her sculptures are bronze and stone castings, which are life-like, talking, laughing, and full of tenderness and human emotion.

"My inspiration comes mostly of my own personal human landscape. The forming process for each sculpture takes me several months and at the end I feel as if I am giving a birth"

Elisheva is a Member of The Israel Painters & Sculptors Association (Northen region).
Elisheva has participated in many exclusive and group exhibitions, and
some of her works take place in private collections in Israel and other countries around the world.
