2016 MONTENEGRO - 3rd GAMES and ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Artists of all Art disciplines can participate in the GAMES 2016
EXHIBITORS can exhibit maximum 2 art works
PERFORMERS will have at least one performance
AWARDS - WAG HQ Commissions will choose the best Artist in each Art discipline, and award them.

BOOK - All artists will be published in the "Book of the Games 2016“ (2 pages per artist) and will receive one Book and Certificate.

1. Fee for participants of the 3rd Games, from May 4th till 12th is:
   • for WAG MEMBERS
     • 635 EUR with accommodation in double bedroom (with other artist), based on half board
     • 855 EUR with accommodation in single bedroom, based on half board
     • 500 EUR fee for guests (sharing room with artist), based on half board
     • 250 EUR fee for not present artists who will exhibit their art work
     • 150 EUR fee for not present artists without exhibition (poets, writers...)
   • for other artists:
     • 890 EUR with accommodation in double bedroom (with other artist), based on half board
     • 1.110 EUR with accommodation in single bedroom, based on half board
     • 750 EUR fee for guests (sharing room with artist), based on half board
     • 500 EUR fee for not present artists who will exhibit their art work
     • 400 EUR fee for not present artists without exhibition (poets, writers...)
   • NC presidents (or 1 person who represent NC on Annual Conference) will participate free of charge at the Conference, with covered hotel accommodation (half board: breakfast + dinner) from May 4th till 7th
     • their obligation remains the same: to donate one art work from their NC to the Host of the Conference - WAG NC Montenegro
     • if they want to stay till May 12th, as participant of the 3rd Games, have to submit fee of 325 EUR
2. Fee includes: accommodation in hotel (for all participants few days in Sutomore/Montenegro riviera on the Adriatic see and few days in Podgorica/Captiol of Montenegro), Book of the Games 2016, Certificate of participation, one day trip to Kotor/Montenegro and half day trip to Lake Skadar / Montenegro, Exhibition in Museum of the Capitol of Montenegro / Podgorica, needed facilities for cultural events, all art disciplines - museums, galleries, cinema, theater, open space / with technical support, awards and medals (given by decision of WAG HQ Commission)
3. WAG will cover transport by arrival on May 4th, from Airport Podgorica (everyone have to inform us about time of arrival at May 4th, Airport Podgorica)
4. Those who will come earlier or leave later, must book and pay for their additional accommodation by themselves, for them transport will not be organized by WAG
5. Shorter stay at the Games is possible, but the fee remains the same
6. Accommodation in a triple bed room is not possible
7. Registrations for the 3rd Games starts from November 1st 2015, with deadline for fee payment February 20th 2016
8. VISA ISSUE
   Those who will need visa for participation, will receive Invitation Letter and hotel accommodation confirmation, from WAG NC Montenegro - only when fee payment will be completed. WAG Organization is not responsible for the results of the visa process.
9. Fee can be paid via BANK on WAG Organization or via WESTERN UNION (for now)
